Hemingway loved Cuba. His writing and his life story is tightly bound up with the history of the island both before and after the Revolution. About 15 kilometers East of Havana, participants will visit the farmhouse that Ernest Hemingway lived in. They will then head back to the little fishing village of Cojímar, which inspired Hemingway for his Nobel Prize winning novel, “The Old Man and the Sea”. His fishing boat El Pilar is also on display here. Lunch will be included as part of this tour in El Ajíaco (Cojímar local restaurant).
