Making Payments by Credit/Debit Cards
You can pay us using any of the three credit/debit cards. A percentage processing fee will be charged for this service which will be advised to you.
Secure Code Information
With this system only the holder of the card can make on-line payments, it is impossible for any fraud and security is guaranteed in the transactions.
Why?
The system requires a "secret code" that the issuing bank of the card provides you with. The code is optional and you do not need to enter the code if you do not have it available. If you do have the code then enter it when requested.
How do I pay?
- The number of your card will be requested, the date of expiration and the codes [CVV2/CVC2].
- The issuing bank of the card proceeds with its identification and will request the “secret code" from you (optional).
- It is verified if the authentication is correct, in which case you continue with the payment process, simple and similar to the one that is carried out with any card type.
Your transactions are carried out using the services of the on-line payment system of the Bank Bilbao Biscaya Argentaria and Bank Caja Madrid.
What is the code CVV2/CVC2 on VISA & MasterCard’s?
The codes CVV2 (Card Verification Value) and CVC2 (Card Validation Code) are new codes to establish authentication on-line by the credit/debit card companies to avoid any fraud in the transactions that are carried out on the internet. These codes should be introduced to verify that the card is in the owner's hands. You will be able to find these codes, as shown in the examples below. If your card does not have these codes, please contact your bank to obtain the appropriate card.
What is the code CID on American Express Card’s?
American Express credit cards have a CID code that has 4 digits, but it's located at the front of the card.
